3 hours of in-home care tailored to your specific needs. 

Includes the following:

• Bodywork in the form of abdominal/uterine massage, reiki, pelvic steaming, or moxabustion
• Bodywork for your newborn 
• Preparation of nutrient dense meals & snacks
• Help with household tasks such as laundry, dishes & tidying up 
• Support with newborn care & feeding 
• Time for education or discussion on any thoughts or concerns, sharing resources

• Includes 1 prenatal visit  (60-90 minutes) to meet and create a plan.
• Package is customizable- 1 visit per week for 6 weeks or 2 visits per week for 3 weeks, etc. Together we’ll create a plan that best supports your needs!
• Each visit is 3 hours of customized support (listed above).
• One large batch of nourishing bone broth  (made with organic & locally sourced ingredients).
• Closing of the Bones ceremony to complete our time together and honor the rite of passage of motherhood.
